Post by RYLEIGH MARIANNE ADAMS on Jul 30, 2013 21:33:26 GMT -5
Being at home all day with her two young boys was semi-chaotic. They were up and walking around now, or running around which was more precise, so trying to catch up with them took a lot out of the young mother. With agendas of their own, Ryleigh sometimes had a bit of a rough time keeping up with the pair of boys, seeing as how she'd catch one of them and the other would then run the opposite direction, forcing her to put the twin she had just caught down to run after the other. It seemed to be a never ending process, but Ryleigh wouldn't have traded it for the world. She loved being a mother and she was really surprised in herself for how quickly she was able to transition from party girl to a mom of twin boys. Then again, it did help that she had Draven's help with the twins as well and she didn't have to do everything on her own.
Finally being able to contain the twins in the bathroom, getting the content with playing with their toys on the floor, Ryleigh was finally able to take a quick shower and get ready for the party that evening. It surprised her that Marcus was proposing, but Ryleigh was used to surprises by now; she clearly had two of her own. Though, at the same time, Ryleigh felt that she had been ready to settle down and be a mom when she found out that she was pregnant and had gotten over the initial shock of it all, so she sort of felt as if this was the right time for Marcus to settle down and maybe start a family of his own with Delilah finally.
Once she had gotten out of the shower, Ryleigh wrapped a towel around herself and walked over to her vanity to do her make up for the evening. She had learned to do up her make up rather quickly since having the boys, so once she was finished, she threw on a cute pair of shorts that she knew Draven would like and one of Draven's tee shirts for the time being. Looking to her sons, Ryleigh smiled. "Come on my little monsters, we're going to get you into something cute for your uncle Marcus. He's going to need all the back up he can get tonight." And with that, Ryleigh picked up one of the twins and held the hand of the other young boy and they walked into the nursery to get the boys ready. As soon as they were changed, Ryleigh heard the front door open and she knew that it would be Draven coming home. Looking at the boys, she smiled, "Daddy's home!" And with that, the three of them rushed to the top of the stairs to meet him.
When Draven said he was going to shower and change, Ryleigh brought the boys into her bedroom and got changed herself. She didn't want to ruin her dress before she even got to wear it out of the house. Once everyone was ready to go, Draven picked up Greyson and Ryleigh picked up Micah and the two pairs apparated to the penthouse for the party. Once they were there, Ryleigh looked around the house; it was beautiful. The girls had really done a wonderful job with setting up. Normally, Ryleigh would have offered to help, but with Greyson and Micah, the poor girl's days of throwing a party were nearly gone. Smiling, Ryleigh watched as her sons ran to their uncle and gave him a hug when instructed to by their father. Walking next to Draven, she watched as he shook hands with the male. When it was her turn, she hugged and kissed Marcus' cheek. "Congratulations. You two have always been perfect for each other," she spoke.

Sitting in a meeting for a majority of his day, was something he was not thrilled about. When he had got back to the apartment he had for himself, Aspen had been staying quite a bit at his house. Even though he had been trying to get her to move in with him. Julian was terrified of the next step but he was also aware that Aspen had a loudly relationship previously. And he had pretty much strained or difficult relationships in his past, with a few here and there being relatively positive. Julian had a few parchment papers scattered his table in his sitting room, with a large radio in the against the wall that blasted the music. And he was reading some transportation laws for some muggleborns. And that they would stay away from the pureblood neighborhoods.
As he through the paper down, and sat there on the leather couch lost in thought wondering about work. He hated when he couldn't leave the office at the office. He had told Aspen to send him an owl early in the afternoon so he could remember the family party that was about to go on. Marcus Flint, Aspen's older cousins engagement party. Or at least thats what Aspen told him rather it being a whole other reason for a coming out party for another one of her cousin's Graham Montague. As he had known in school, they had often sat next to each other in the library and often didn't say anything for hours. He had a good relationship with most of them. Only one he was on thin ice was with Draven. Every time they spoke it seemed Draven looked at him biased. Though Cayden was liked or was it something different their? A shower was in order for him, and he heard the door open, since he heard the faint thud of the door.
He finished with his shower, and putting his jeans on, and than a shirt on that he had to button up. He walked out of the bathroom, he smiled seeing a familiar blonde. "How's my favorite lady?" Julian asked, as his arms wrapped around her.

Still not completely over her former relationship, because she was still very hesitant with her current relationship, Aspen Malfoy began feeling guilty about dating Julian. It wasn't that she didn't like him, in fact, it was the total opposite; it may have been extremely early in their relationship, but Aspen could see herself falling madly in love with Julian. Knowing that detail about her current boyfriend made Aspen want to take things that much slower. That's why, when Julian began bringing up the idea of her moving in with him, she instantly threw on the brakes and declined his offer. It wasn't that she didn't want to completely, it was more the fact that she was scared out of her mind. After a miserable fail of a relationship with Viktor, the absolute last thing that Aspen wanted to do was for things to end sour with Julian because they rushed things. And even though she had been both married and divorced, Aspen felt that she needed to be a lady when it came to her relationship with Julian. She wasn't going to dare take things to a sexual level with him until they were married; even if Julian wanted things to go a little differently than she had planned.
After spending the entire morning trying to find the perfect outfit for the engagement party that evening, Aspen finally made her decision on her outfit. Getting dressed and done up was a completely different story. She took awhile trying to get her make-up just right, her hair styled the way the thought would be perfect, and finding the perfect pair of earrings to round her outfit together was time consuming. She vaguely remembered taking even longer the first time that she had gone out on a real date with Julian. She spent all night and most of the day before the actual day of their date trying to find the perfect outfit. Smiling as she remembered their date around London, Aspen finished getting ready and apparated to her boyfriend's apartment. Once inside the apartment, Aspen waited for Julian as she heard him getting ready in the bathroom. When he emerged from the room, he walked over to her, put his arms around her, and greeted her hello. Wrapping her arms around Julian's waist and laying her head against his shoulder, Aspen replied, "She's having a fairly decent day, even if she did spend every waking moment in her closet until she started getting ready."

The house had lighted up with people, it was simple family at first. First it was Izzy, and Dom, with his beautiful niece Giovanna. Of course Avalanche and Genevieve were around already before. Having a drink with his brother in law as a good touch, he liked Dominic now. It had taken some time but they had ironed out any rocky patches they might have had in the past. He had slammed the whiskey down that Dom had poured him, and he had poured himself a measurable helping for round two. Seeing Graham enter the house, fucking beach bum. He had loathed the Falcons for being a rare day off for them. Though they had to get back to the grindstone quick too. These were the moments he hated quidditch when his body ached, and just ached. There was no cure accept alcohol at this point. Listening to the family, talk, discussing there own things. Cayden had come around and greeted everyone, Marcus had respected that in him almost immediately, maybe he wasn't all bad after all.
Lily entering the establishment if anyone could have heard Marcus' heart almost exploded. And she had kissed him, and he wrapped his arms around her for a brief moment, and returning the kiss before she slipped away from the party for a shower. And than he saw a familiar brunette, Juliet. He chuckled, excused himself and went and talked to her. "Thank you for coming," he said, he started to his future sister in law. Hell this was Lily's twin. Who everyone wanted to set up with Adrian, and he supported that fully. Even helped make sure Adrian was at the family gathering. And not to long after thinking about Adrian as he had walked through the door. "Mr. Adrian Pucey, please meet Miss Juliet Carson," he said with a grin, as his thoughts were reoccupied for a moment. Though it seemed moments later he was tackled by little feet around his legs. And at first he beamed, and he played dumb. "Where are my nephews?" he asked looking around pretending not to see them. He had kneeled down to be on Micah and Grayson's level. Embracing both he boys, as he he smiled shaking hands with Draven, and than kissing the cheek of Ry.
"Thank you. It means a lot for you two to be with us for the occasion." he said looking to Ry and Draven. He tried to relax, this entire situation he felt so wonky, and wobbly even was a good description of it. Some of the party goers had yet to arrive. Where the hell was Blaise, and his new girlfriend that he had mentioned a few times to Marcus. He scanned the crowd for Julian and Aspen, they weren't here either. As Genevieve stood there with Marcus and Avalanche, she started getting more and more comfortable being around them. It wasn't like she had forgotten everything that had happened in the past, but she was starting to come around and feel as if they actually enjoyed her being around them and the family. It was comforting feeling like that again; feeling like she was a part of the family again. She remembered when they all had been in school and inseparable, but the tragic end to her's and Graham's relationship when Genevieve had come to terms with their futures. It was then that she decided to end things on a trying to be a nice ending, which only failed miserably. Needless to say, things eventually seemed to bring the pair back together, which was something that the petite French girl appreciated.
When the first of the guests started arriving, Genevieve saw that it was none other than Marcus' older sister and her husband. That pair always seemed to be the first to arrive anywhere when they were the guests instead of hosts; Genevieve seemed to remember that much at least. Izzy, as she was nicknamed, was the protector and guiding light of the family it seemed like. Gen thought of it as a wonderful title for the other female, considering she did a damn good job helping raise every single one in the family. Gen greeted Izzy and Dom when they walked over to herself, Av, and Marcus. It wasn't long after the happy couple and their doting daughter had arrived that her own boyfriend walked through the door. A smile instantly lit up Genevieve's face and she waited patiently for the male to walk over to her.
As welcoming as ever, Graham placed his lips on the top of her head and an arm around her, as if silently claiming her as his own in front of everyone. Resting her head against his chest, Genevieve made sure not to mess up her hair as she did so. "I think we did a pretty good job together," she spoke in agreement to her boyfriend. "And not a since tear or drop of blood was shed. Everything went smoothly," she said, smiling brightly.
When everyone else started arriving, Genevieve greeted them as they walked over to the group.

The wine that Avalanche was drinking, she was trying to act like nothing was wrong. She wasn't feel top notch. She wasn't about to ruin Marcus and Delilah's night. She did try to take something for her stomach. The family, and friends that come in the penthouse, it was something of a loving atmosphere. Watching Dom and Marcus drink together, it was adorable since she didn't get to see much of Dom expect at family gatherings, and you wanna talk about a ton of purebloods! It had only been a few days since the last Malfoy Sunday meal. She always enjoyed the family, and she didn't feel all that bad, that was probably when it started. And it had already been a few days, she had told herself tomorrow she would be making an appointment with St. Mungos before she went to practice. But sometimes she felt fine, other times when she tried to lay down her stomach seemed to be upset. Even her family was unaware of this, and sometimes when she had gotten up fast, she would become light headed. So working on the wine, trying to forget how she was feeling.
"Dom," Avalanche started, looking to her older cousin's husband. "His name is Cayden Wood, you'll meet him I promise." Avalanche said as she was forcing a bit of a smile, and with the wine in her grasp. The people that just walked into the penthouse it was entertaining almost, everyone could just walk in nobody had to knock. Which often made for interesting evenings after lots and lots of shots, and other alcoholic beverages. "Thanks Izzy," she said as she scooped up her littlest niece in her arms. Avalanche always loved to interacted with the children. And walking around with Giovanni on her hip for a moment before passing her back off to another relative. Children were always passed around. "Graham Montague!" Avalanche had breathed his first and surname together, she hated when Graham got a bit to bigheaded. "Demanding little prat" Since Avalanche had acquired this cold, she was bit more bitchy, and just more of a queen bee. Feeling Cayden's arms around her, she breathed deeply, it was relaxing when he was around. She could explain it completely and nor did she want too.
"Hi," she was able to muster before the kiss. "Much better now. How was you're day?" she asked curiously her eyes studying Cayden. She knew he was exhausted from the practices, and everything else. Her petite fingers touched his arms that happened to be around her. "Poor Marcus is so nervous, I have never seen him like this!" Avalanche said pointing out the obvious. The different people that just waltzed in was still rather amusing. Hearing Draven's words to Marcus about it being about damn time, she giggled. "Now little brother, you'll be next." she said as she slipped out of her boyfriends arms as she hugged her little brother. "Draven you remember Cayden?" Avalanche said trying to ignore Draven's glance to her, she could read him as easy as he could read her. She smiled watching Draven extend a hand to Cayden. "I am fine, I am going to St. Mungos tomorrow to get to the bottom of this spring cold." she said so only Draven and Cayden could hear this. And Avalanche had looked again to Draven, and she gave her brother some what of a pleading look that went with her next words. "Julian and Aspen will be here tonight. I know you hate him. Be on you're best behavior for Aspen and I?" Avalanche liked Julian, she wasn't going to lie. He was a good match for her younger sister.

Looking up at her boyfriend as he wrapped his arm around her, Raegan just smiled. She was falling hard for him and quickly. The poor girl was afraid to tell anyone of this, especially her big brother, because Raegan knew that her big brother would surely have something to say about it. Hearing the words that her boyfriend spoke put an even bigger smile on the young girl's face. Blushing lightly, Raegan looked into Cedric's eyes and spoke softly. "Have I ever mentioned how great of a boyfriend you are? Because you are absolutely wonderful." Eventually taking her eyes off of her boyfriend, Raegan looked down to the dog and extended her hand to pet the creature. She wasn't much for animals, or even cute pets, but Raegan was able to deal with the good ones.
Once Cedric had asked his question, Raegan grinned. "Yes, it's the engagement party," she spoke. Smiling adorably, Raegan got an evil little look in her eyes. "What if I had come over all dolled up and there wasn't any sort of family party? Then what would you think the occasion was?" the female questioned.
When the pair had finished conversing, they apparated themselves to the penthouse that Raegan's brother and two cousins lived in. When they got there, Raegan opened the door and let herself and Cedric in. Walking over to the group of family already there, it seemed as if she and her boyfriend were one of the last sets of people arriving. Hoping that she wasn't late, Raegan went to her big brother first. "Why don't you change into something decent? I'm sure that Izzy supplied your closet with enough clothes for you for a lifetime of events," she said as she kissed his cheek softly in greeting. "How would you feel if Marcus walking in looking like a bum when you pop the question to Gen?" Raegan questioned as she walked over to her cousin Marcus. Hugging him and kissing his cheek as well, Raegan looked into his eyes. He was definitely nervous. "You have nothing to worry about, Marcus," she said reassuringly. "You and Lily have been together forever, you've have your fair share of bumps in the road, and now it's time to settle down. You know she's going to say yes to you when you ask her. She wouldn't be with you still if she was going to turn down your offer," Raegan spoke. And with that, the female continued on down the line of family and friends to say hello to.

Rae was gorgeous. She had such a fashion sense - and she was pretty much his first equal girlfriend he had in ages. Of course there was notably Cho Chang but she had gone after Potter after the break up. Hell, he was so use to coming in second place that he had forgotten what it felt like to be in first place. And in this scenario he had. He had surprisingly been asked to have a few beers with Graham a few days ago. And they'd gotten along good so far. The fact Graham had now approved of him and how he could hold his liquor. And it went considerably well, just the two boys at a local pub. Knocking down beers, talking quidditch, business, girls (well within reason) and of course Graham had told him, if he hurter Rae, he would be killed without hesitation. As from one big brother to another he could understand all too well. "Mm, An evening in Paris would probably be sufficient enough, and than in the end. I get the best prize of all," he beamed looking to Rae, she was beautiful. There was nothing about her he didn't like. Okay, maybe the ridiculously pureblood family, but he could handle that. He after all a pureblood, but was friends with everyone he had crossed paths with. Hermes sure was a big dog, but he was all lovable, and he did adore Rae. So it was a plus after all.
Arriving at the penthouse, it was pretty much some so pureblood-ish about the whole establishment. He was aware Rae was from pureblood wealth, not that bothered him his family was working class at best. Hell, his father was the ministry. He himself was involved wight he quidditch world after all do something he loved. He had inhaled deeply, and exhaled the deep breath before he walked in with Rae. Of course he was still a little nervous about the situation. He had kind of followed Rae's lead, talking to Marcus, and Graham for a bit. It was small talk. And he did happen to notice the large whiskey gulps Marcus was ingesting, it was after all his liver. He couldn't help but chuckle at Rae's fashion retort to Graham. Grabbing two drinks, both tall and golden. He didn't care, he aferall was in need of some liquid courage, handing one to Rae, and kissing the side of her head before he had gone over to introduce himself into Isabella, and Dominic. "Marcus' sister Isabella right? I've heard a lot about you," Cedric started, "I'm Cedric Diggory, I am dating Rae," he said, extending his hand to Dominic. Then there was the alcohol thank god for it because Cedric was going to need it. After work, and now a family function for Rae. This was going to be a long night, he had nodded towards Cayden in the corner with Avalanche. They did after all make a cute couple even with all the gossip in the papers. -- word count :509 notes:nope music: the radio outfit:here-here - thanks ri

Watching as her husband entered the penthouse, the smile on Isabella's face widened. Every time she saw her husband, she felt like she was falling in love with him all over again. Izzy truly cherished her husband and every second that they were together; she'd be the textbook definition of heartbroken and depressed if something were to ever happen to Dominic. Though, as soon as her husband had walked over to the small group that seemed to be growing bigger and bigger with each turn of the front door knob, she saw the bottle of alcohol in his hands. Izzy knew what was coming, but she let the scene play out in front of her first before she decided to say anything. As soon as her husband poured the shots for himself and Marcus, Izzy let her cousin, Av, take her daughter from her arms. "Dom, can't you wait until he's already popped the question? He's going to be falling to the ground because of all of his liquid courage when he tries to get down on one knee. And if he does that, Lily isn't going to say yes to him and she's going to have to take care of him getting sick all over the place. Do you really want that to happen?" she questioned, putting her hand on her hip and she sort of leaned to the one side. "Better question, do you want me to see that happen to my favorite little brother?" Izzy questioned, walking over to her brother and hugging him.
After hugging her brother, Izzy took the shot glass from her him and was about to hand it back to her husband until she saw her younger cousin, Graham, enter the house. "Do shots with Graham," Izzy spoke. When Graham had joined the group, Izzy handed the shot glass to him. "No more for Marcus," she spoke. "Not until after her puts a ring on Lily's finger. Then he can go crazy, understood?" she spoke. "That goes for everyone," she said. "If anyone catches alcohol in my brother's hand, take it from him. If you catch it in his mouth, hit the back of his head until he spits it out," Izzy spoke. And not really one to drink any alcohol whatsoever, Isabella figured that she'd add in one more thing. "Hell, I'll even do shots with you, Marcus, if you can hold off for a little bit," Isabella offered. The conversation then trailed off to Graham when he asked about her clothing line. "If you keep showing up to big parties looking like that, then I just might have to have a line for formal swimsuits," she spoke. And with that, more and more family members and their significant others began to arrive. Greeting them as they walked up, Izzy eventually was handed her daughter back and she cradled the little girl in her arms. She was still very young and Isabella wasn't very big on letting little Giovanna out of her sight or grasp for very long.

Dominic was rather glad this engagement was happening. Bells, had called it so long ago it was about the time they were getting married. And that already seemed a while ago. Dom couldn't complain the only thing he did was to wait on having children. But she wanted a fashion line. And who was to argue with the wife? Hearing his beloved get on him for pouring her little brother a drink. "Come on Bells, just one," Dom started, and than he works on his drink. He listened to the woman speak. He wasn't even going to put up much of a fight against her, honestly what the hell was he going to say. "You're right." he stated, he almost put his hands to protest what his body was going to say. "Yea - but." he started to say and he dropped to silence notice the other occupants in the room.
Watching Avalanche have Giovanni for what seemed only a few minutes only to let Isabella interact with the others of the party, and the others of the family. "Isn't she a natural?" he commented to Isabella, and hoping Avalanche heard him. "When are you going to have a buddle of joy of you're own Av?" he asked curiously, as he worked on his own drink. He almost expected to hear, never enter his ear drums. When his attention was turned to Rae teasing Graham for his fashion attire, he couldn't help but laugh. He after all was married into this big cluster. He was still rather amazed that his wife of all people had suggested she would take a few shots with Marcus. He didn't say a word, but he thought he might just be carrying Isabella home, and allow Avalanche or another hold Giovanni for a few moments or another sober relative. Watching Draven, Avalanche, and Cayden in the corner. He happened to notice them talking, and he leaned over to Isabella his lips near his wife's ear. "Does it look to me that young Draven doesn't care for Cayden or is something going on?"
Chit chat was going good for the most part, he wasn't sure what was going to happen. But now that Marcus was off limits to drinking. Dom had shrugged his shoulders making eye contact with his brother in law. There was really nothing he could do for him. He could remember how nervous he was when he asked Izzy to marry him. He had kissed Giovanni's forehead as she was now in Izzy's arms. "Awe, leave the boy alone." he said wrapping an arm around Isabella and making her stop so he could hold her. "He's young, and doesn't quite understand fashion." he said to his wife.

Graham took the ridiculed for a few moments. Just enough to watch Izzy tell everyone that Marcus wasn't allowed to drink. He had even snickered in the background, he was trying not to laugh his ass off because the fact it was the trio's penthouse. And to hear them get bossed around it was something they wouldn't allowed from a lot of others expect Izzy, or there folks. But after all that was only so much they would take before any of them said anything. Hearing even his sister attack with the insults of the way he was dressed. Graham was grinning, he loved the attention. And most of them should have been aware that his twenty-three years on this existence had said don't make something a big deal because he adores the attention. "Excuse me," he said kissing Gen's cheek. After all Gen didn't tease him about his comfortable attire. He loved his surf clothes, and he honestly didn't think he looked that bad.
Going into his room, he had simply changed out of the swim trunks. And putting on a fresh new shirt underneath the vest he was buttoning on. Now nobody was about to give him a hard time; not now. The vest was form fitting for him, and the white shirt had been underneath. As Graham put on clean black pants, and than a different color of shoes that matched the rest of the attire. When he wanted too he can appear as giving a damn about his appearance. Now he looked descent, as Graham had his own style of clothes really. He could dress down and up as easy as some others. Grabbing four little blue boxes. Okay, Graham might have been shopping and waiting for an opportunity to slip the girls gifts. Of course, if he bought one for Av, he had to buy one for Rae, and Izzy, and of course Genevieve.
Walking back out where everyone was. "Delilah, won't be the only girl getting something," he said before the first blue box was handed to Isabella, the earrings that lay inside were bows. It was the fact that he and always thought her and fabric and just clicked. And a bow had symbolized this. Slipping another box to his little sister, these earrings were diamonds and sapphires. He knew how proud she was about being so smart, and he always liked to bring reminders of the school days. The next blue box was handed to Avalanche speaking with Draven and Cayden. These earrings were something that reminded him of a chandelier that was so incredibly elegant like she strived to be on most days. And with one box in hand and walking back to Gen, wrapping an arm around her again in his newly changed clothes he slipped her the final little box. And in hear rested diamond heart earrings. He wanted to express, she stole his heart all over again. "Just thought you four needed some much needed sparkles," he kind laughed using Av's term of "sparkle" to talk about diamonds.

Post by CAYDEN NATHANIEL WOOD on Aug 7, 2013 21:12:44 GMT -5
It wasn't all that long after Cayden arrived at the penthouse that he had frequented on numerous occasions, that Delilah showed up herself. Making sure not to mention anything about the true reason why everyone was getting together tonight, the male just nodded in her direction when she glanced his way. Cayden watched as she excused herself and how Marcus looked that much more nervous about the entire night and what he had prepared to do. Cayden definitely wasn't ready to pop the question to his girlfriend, so he definitely had to give Marcus props; then again, those two had been together for a number of years, so it all worked itself out. If anyone had asked him if he was ready to marry Avalanche, Cayden would honestly tell them no. While it may have sounded like a new and exciting thing for them, he honestly just wasn't ready to be a married man yet. Plus, he was almost positive that Av wasn't ready to be a married woman and settle down just yet. They both had plenty of time to think about marriage and a family later on and since none of that was in the cards for them right now, Cayden had nothing to worry about. Besides, he was at the height of his career and Cayden didn't want anything distracting him like a crying baby in the middle of the night or planning a wedding while he was in his prime. That was what his brother was dealing with right now and he respected Oliver for it, but Cayden just wasn't ready for all of that responsibility just yet.
After Lily had excused herself, her twin sister walked in, followed by his teammate, Adrian Pucey. The pair had been on the outs when Cayden and Avalanche first started dating, due to his own stupidity. Thankfully though, they managed to work things out and were able to work as teammates and friends. "What's up, Pucey?" he said, shaking the hand of his teammate when he walked over. "Where's your date?" Cayden teased, knowing that Adrian had decided against bringing anyone to the party. "I was sure you were going to bring that blonde you've had your eyes on," Cayden continued. It had been a long running joke between the two guys because Adrian had tried hitting on Cayden's sister-in-law, Katie, just to try and get her to ease up at practice. And then Avalanche's younger brother, Draven, walked in. It was pretty well known that Draven didn't like him very much and after Cayden's past with Marcus, Lily, and Avalanche, he didn't blame he kid much at all. If they had switched positions, he'd be pissed too. So, Cayden didn't dislike Draven because of his dislike of him; in fact, he kind of respected it, because it showed how much he really cared for his sister. It was only moments after Draven popped in that his girlfriend and other twin son popped in as well. Cayden didn't know how either of them were able to handle a set of twins, but he respected them for it.
When Av turned to him and answered his question after everyone's arrival, he heard what she had said and what her cousins had said as well. For a split second, Cayden's heart sank into his stomach. There was absolutely no way that Av was pregnant; they had been super careful when they had been intimate. "If you want me to go with you, just let me know. I'm sure that Katie would understand," he spoke, thankful that his sister-in-law was his team's trainer.

Addison Flint was currently reaching the very end of her pregnancy. She had run almost parallel with her older sister, but she was a few weeks behind. With Giovanna being two weeks old, Addison only had two weeks left to go. She had been extremely uncomfortable over the past couple of weeks and she hadn't really been in the best spirits either. It wasn't that she was mean towards anyone, but rather, she was nervous about becoming a mother and reality really setting in. Plus, she and Callen weren't at their greatest yet either and she wasn't sure if he was planning on sticking around after the baby was born. Sort of feeling overwhelmed by everything, Addison started getting a few pains in her stomach and back. Writing it off as worrisome pains as she had experienced a few times throughout her pregnancy, she just went on with her day. After all, her big brother would probably have killed her, should she have decided not to go because she was pregnant. The truth was that Addison wanted to be there for her big brother, knowing that he was finally ready to settle down. It was probably a scary time for him thinking about settling down, his future, having a wife and eventually having children; Addison would know, being eight and a half months pregnant.
Ignoring the pains she had been experiencing all afternoon, Addison showered and dressed herself before Blaise had come home and went for a quick walk to see if she would have been able to get rid of the pains that way. With no such luck, Addison went back home and saw Blaise and his girlfriend going into his room. Addison only saw a bit of blonde hair as the door shut, but it was enough to know that those two were probably ready to leave for the party as well. Deciding that she was going to wait on Callen, after giving him a specific time for him to be at her apartment, Addison became very annoyed when he was late. After ten minutes of waiting around for him, she almost felt as if she was being stood up, so the female made the call and apparated to her brother's place alone.
Walking through the door, Addison smiled at everyone, still uncomfortable in her own body and how it was treating her because of the baby. She greeted everyone and then took her turn with her big brother. "I don't know if I say it enough, but I love you, Marcus. And I'm really happy that you're going to marry Lily," she said, sincerely. Not being able to stand much longer because of the pain shooting through her lower back, Addison moved away from the group so that she would be able to pull up a chair.

Callen had the camera ready, as he always seemed to be attached to it even since he was in school. And he had his own dark room at the Yaxley estate. But he had yet to put one in the flat he was currently living in near the shop. He had spent most of the morning behind the counter. Addison and Callen had been owl'ing all morning so he was aware there was a function for her family. Callen knew of the family she had. The pureblood Slytherin crowd that was a little older than himself, but he still remembered them in the common room. They were apart of the "it crowd" they were what most people worshiped back in the school days. And here it was the little boy all grown up had one simple flaw. He had slept with Addison out of pure boredom, and than he had found out that she was pregnant let's just state that was a night that no matter how much fire whiskey was in his blood stream the idea terrified him. And the baby was to be born any day, and he was still coming to terms with there relationship.
He did remember his father, of course before the man was spending a life sentence in Azkaban for being involved with the Death Eaters. And he was pretty proud that most of the people left him alone on that tangent alone. He had gone back to the flat to change his clothes for this party. He himself wasn't sure why he was going. But if Addison wanted him there, he would do it. Or at least he would attempt. He knew everyone there, not that bothered him but he wasn't a well liked person. He spoke for the Death Eaters, though had no real connection to them. As most of the occupants in the party were more Death Eater children, that were raised the same way he was. The same brainwashing material, expect maybe a fair few. The soft purple shirt that he knew Addison would approve of, and than some off white slacks. Black shoes across his feet as he spritzed himself with a cologne that Addison (again had approved of and didn't make her sick). He was trying to care, he really was.
When he got to the penthouse as he walked from Digoan Alley to really clear his mind. There was something about being a dad that he had yet to understand. Of course he visited his father a few weeks ago explaining that he was about to be a grandfather, mixture of Yaxley, and Flint genes, sounded pretty perfect. His father was proud, and that didn't make it any easier. He knocked on the door before he walked in. He spotted pretty much everyone. A few of the older students he recognized but he couldn't put a name to there faces. He noticed a Wood, near two Malfoy children. He would make a mental note to ask Addison who he was. Shaking hands, and congratulations were in order for the future groom. "Feeling any better?" Callen asked as his lips kissed her cheek, he wasn't going to press his own luck with her family nearest. He stood next to her, rubbing the small of her back his hand.

Cara had heard Blaise's words she smiled, look to him. "I didn't want you to rush you're routine for little me." Cara said to him, patting the empty spot on the couch next to her. Her head could fit perfectly on his shoulder when Blaise would sit down next to her. She pressed her lips together for a moment before answering the question. "I know. But I also know Cedric wouldn't dare make a big deal out of it not in front of his precious Raegan." Cara said as she exhaled deeply. Cedric was much more of a private person when it came to family affairs. It was part of the Diggory way of life. She was amazed she was going to the engagement party for Marcus Flint, and Delilah Carson. She was probably a more nervous making a good impression on Blaise's friends. "We will be fine. Remember, you invited me to this." she said as she rubbed the side of his arms with her hand. Trying to comfort Blaise in any way possible. "Only thing I am even remotely nervous about is all that you're family friends like me." she gushed. That was the god's honest truth.
Leaving the flat that Blaise had with a few of his friends, that had become her friends. Though she wasn't too sure if Addison liked her or hated her. She hadn't made much of a judgment call even though she gave her the benefit of the doubt because Blaise looked at her like family. She was amazed of the establishment that Marcus and his cousins lived-in. She was by far not expecting something this awesome. It was obvious the occupants of the penthouse made some money and came from wealth. "Whoa," Cara said only in ear shot of Blaise. As she didn't dare allow her hand to be removed from is. She took in everything, getting introduce to everyone. She felt drunk, there were so many people. There were a few children too. She recognized a few quidditch faces. Adrian, Cayden, Graham, and a few of the others just from the magazines.
