Marcus Flint was content now, the family and friends around him. well hell Ryleigh was like family, but the boy that she had brought, as Marcus didn't know him that well. obviously recognized him but nothing to extreme with that. but he did watch Cayden and Av with a bit of a smile. it wasn't a hard thing when he got in his face. it often meant he was genuinely happy, it was hard for him to "act" happy. the real people that surrounded him could read him but the other people that would just view him as an cold prat. he had smirked at hearing Cayden's words. "Than you enjoy every minute of it." he retorted back, and allowing his hand to be removed from Cayden's. he winked towards Avalanche at this whole situation. as he patted her shoulder.
Marcus had seen Cedric and Raegan walk in. before his eyes focused on Genevieve for a second and his dark eyes bounced to Graham. walking near Lilah wrapping an arm around Lilah’s waist and pulling her in front of him, he smiled as he wrapped his other arm around her before his chin rested on Lilah’s shoulder. watching Gen and Graham for a moment he almost opened his mouth to calm the whole group down. “C‘mon let‘s give them a minute.” Marcus started, as he tried to relocate the party to the another part of the sitting room. “Rae, I must say you are a genius.” he said to his littlest cousin. it was after all a clever and defanitly original. of course Graham opened his mouth two both Avalanche and Marcus about the recent meeting between Graham and Genevieve near a lake in France that he couldn’t pronounce anyways. and he wasn’t aware that Graham told Rae, but after all he thought for a moment before he looked to Avalanche and Rae, the pair could have masterminded this.. it was a scheme in the making right?
kissing Lilah’s chin as he pulled away slowly. and he saw his two nephews in the arms of their parents. and with a wave of his hand, a bright blue blanket had zoomed into the room and made a spot near the couches, and a few toys had zoomed with it. it was pretty much a nice gesture for the parents right? than watching his little cousin Draven put Grayson down on the blanket as Marcus had grabbed a beer with one hand he worked on the beer but he kept it to one side him and the child on the other child. and sat nearest the blanket with his nephew Grayson. “Now let’s see if you’re Uncle Graham blows it or not.” he whispered to the boy.

Flying in from Italy, Isabella had a list of five things things on her to-do list before she flew back to Padua to be with her husband. The first on her to-do list was to to her mother about how the fashion line that she had been working on for almost two years now was finally going to make it's global debut. She knew that as soon as she told her mother that her line was debuting, Mrs. Flint was soon going to ask about grandchildren. That was something else that she wanted her mother to know; Isabella and Dominic were trying for a baby. With everything going for her with her line, Isabella knew that the next step was to have a baby. She and Dominic had both agreed that as soon as her line was released, they'd start a family. So, that was exactly what she and Dominic were working on. Hopefully soon, there would be new of a baby for Izzy and her husband. As for now though, they could only wait and pray.
The second thing on Isabella's to-do list was to attend the birthday of her two younger cousins, Graham and Avalanche. Izzy used to babysit the pair of them, along with her younger brother and sister when they were younger and their parents needed some 'adult' time. As they got older, Izzy started listening in on some of the conversations that all of their parents were having, so she knew a lot more than she was supposed to and a lot more than she had lead on. Regardless of how their childhood went, or what happened behind closed doors with their parents, Isabella knew that she didn't want anything to do with the dark side of the wizarding world, because she just didn't need the headache from it all. Thankfully, she had her own thing going on instead. And because of that, Izzy had made a few damn good connections in the wizarding world.
Making it to the pent house that her baby brother and two younger cousins, Isabella straightened out her dress before knocking twice, then opening the door to let herself in. As soon as Isabella stepped through the threshold, she saw that there were a ton of people already there. She knew quite a few faces, as well as a few that she didn't. Closing the door behind her, Isabella took a second to look around the room before she did anything. Seeing the group of three that were standing, two females and a male, Izzy stopped near them first. "Raegan, if this one is yours, I'd have to say, Av, Aspen, and I have taught you well," she said, kissing her cousin on the cheek, before turning to the boy Raegan was attached too. "Nice meeting you," she said. "Hopefully, this won't be the last time." Then Izzy turned to Genevieve. "I'm glad that that last time that I saw you wasn't the last time. Hopefully, you'll be around more often," she said. Turning to the birthday twins, as Izzy liked to call them since they were less than twenty-four hours apart, the female walked over to them.
Leaning down to kiss Avalanche on the cheek, she eyed the male sitting next to her, then looked back to Avalanche. "A little rugged looking. Nice choice," she said. ", Av," Izzy said. Then she turned her attention to Graham, " to you too," she said, kissing his cheek softly. "I'm assuming that the tension in the room isn't because Rae is with a boy, nor Av with one either." Pausing for a moment, Izzy looked to Graham and whispered, "Just go for it. You know that you still love her," Izzy said. "You only live once." Standing up and straightening her dress out, Isabella looked around at the rest of the party attendees. Next on her list, her baby brother and his girlfriend. Walking over to the pair that were in each others arms, Izzy kissed both her brother's cheek and Delilah's cheek. "Glad to see that you two are together for your cousins' birthdays," she grinned. "Maybe we can make this a bit more permanent," Izzy suggested, taking Delilah's left hand in her own. "I'm thinking red's more her color, though," Izzy said, looking over Delilah's shoulder at her brother as she took her engagement ring off and sliding it onto Delilah's finger. "I'm thinking it's time you make an honest girl out of this one," she grinned. "Plus, I need mummy and daddy off my back about having babies," she said.
Taking her ring back from Delilah, Isabella slipped it on, then put her wedding band on after, adjusting the two so that it fit properly on her finger again. "Speaking of babies," Izzy said, turning to her youngest male cousin, Draven. "Your boys are getting so big," she said, kissing Draven's cheek, then Ryleigh's cheek as well. "Tell them to stop growing," Izzy laughed. "But I'm sure that you two have your hands full." Finding an empty seat, Isabella sat down and looked at Marcus. "Speaking of hand fulls, where's our baby sister?" she asked him. "And where's that Pucey boy? Haven't seen him in awhile, but I still remember him always wanting to come over so that I could babysit him," Isabella questioned.

Graham saw Rae, Cedric, and Gen enter the room. he would admit later that his heart skipped a little beat. but not now, he was trying to gather some words to say. beside welcoming her. "Nice job." he muttered to his sister, his bright eyes bounced to Av wondering if she had a hand in this arrangement of people. saying hello to Cedric, and shaking his hand, and softly hugging his own his sister.
now the next few minutes blurred together. his bright eyes watched Gen being so uncomfortable. and all Graham could think about was how beautiful she looked. and how nice she was, and the conversation that they shared, and the dinner he had with her family after her father passed away. it was all so fresh in his mind, it was something he thought about often. that he could have made his move on her then. but that was rather a heartless idea right? when she was grieving to make that move on her? see, Graham's mind was swimming with what ifs. and nothing more than the quiet's man head being so loud that he thought it might explode. sipping on a beer as he saw Izzy, the mother hen of them all. she could have the luxury of saying she raised almost everyone in this room, or at least partly. he loved that woman, and hearing her words, bouncing to people to people. "Don't encourage her Iz, I still worry about you." he said, his eyes were off of Gen and to his sister, and Cedric.
it gave his stomach knots to see a man touching his sister. Graham had felt the mother hen's lips on his cheek. "Thanks Izzy, it's good to see you." he said softly before he felt the woman's presence going to his other family members. and swallowing hard looking to Gen, and he finally spoke. "Can we talk? I mean like really talk?" he asked quietly before offering the girl in the blue dress his arm before he lead the woman to the kitchen. "I apologize my sister for tricking you into coming. But after all, they see something that we might not see." he said softly his back leaning against the counter watching her. wondering what was going through his head. "If my cousin can hide a romance from me, and my cousins, and her own family with a man we cannot stand.." he said softly, before trailing off.

Looking around the room after she and Draven had rejoined the group in the living room, Ryleigh watched as Graham's little sister, former girlfriend, and what appeared to be Raegan's boyfriend join the crowd. While everyone was up greeting Raegan and Genevieve, as well as Cedric, since Ryleigh had remembered him from Hogwarts, she saw the door behind them all open. The next person to join the group? Marcus' older sister, someone that Ryleigh seemed to get along with pretty well actually. They had been in school together before a good portion of the people in the room had joined them, so Ryleigh got to know Isabella Flint pretty well. She was a sweetheart when you really got to know her, but she could certainly chew your head off if you had provoked her enough to do such a thing.
While Izzy had gotten herself comfortable, Ryleigh watched Raegan and Cedric do the same on one of the other couches. She then watched as Graham asked Genevieve to talk in a different room. As soon as the former couple had left the room, Ryleigh opened her mouth first. "Either that's going to be the most awkward conversation and Genevieve is going to end up going home or they're going to make up in his bed. Personally, I'm hoping that they're going to make up, because we all know that they belong together," she said. After Draven had placed Greyson on the blanket that Marcus had floated in, Ryleigh followed suit and placed baby Micah next to his twin brother. The mother already could tell that her twin boys were going to be very close with each other when they got older. They just had to be near each other all of the time now, so Ryleigh saw that never changing in the future. She wouldn't blame them either, because Ryleigh herself was a triplet and she knew what it was like being away from the sibling you spent nine months next to. Thankfully though, Ryleigh and her two brothers that she grew next to for nine month were starting to get to see each other more often now. For awhile there, her brothers were focused on their careers and Ryleigh wanted to do nothing but have fun while she was young and still able too. Ever since Ryleigh had calmed down since the twins were born, she and her brothers saw more of each other.

Grabbing the boys with Ry, the conversation about Dominic was fresh in his mind. Not that he was allow his mind to lull over it much. Because he would get a little jealous, and three people that could read him like a book would be around him soon. Another drink in his grasp as he was working on it. He often didn't drink or party in front of the boys, it was something he didn't do unless he was with the family, like so. Though allowing his eyes to watch Ryleigh for a few minutes longer, he smiled towards her. There had to be something there right? Or that drunken hook up wouldn't have happened. He told himself he would never tell the boys of that part. But he would tell the boys he adored their mother even if they weren't together as a couple. Shaking that mentally off as he watched Marcus summon a blue blanket that he eventually put Grayson down upon it.
He knew his twins good enough to tell the difference, it took a little practice but there were small differences between the two. But that was because he was raised to notice the differences of people. So when it came to babies it just clicked. But after all, working on his beer and watching the door. He saw Rae, Cedric, and Gen. Now he knew Gen from when his older cousin dated him, and his sister whatever her stance was with her, he was siding with his blood. If Avalanche didn't like someone neither did Draven. Now with he whole idea of Cayden and his sister. He knew Cayden from the quidditch pitch but didn't know him well enough. But he observe him his sister. Working on his beer as he closed his eyes relaxing, allowing the alcohol taking effect on him. He needed at least three more beers to well feel amazingly drunk.
Seeing Izzy, go around and greet people. He was happy she was there. He had fond memories of her. He loved her as another mother, he would often jokingly call her mummy, and boy she never really minded but that didn't stop him either. He was the baby of the family, with Rae. "I wish that were possible Izzy," he breathed smelling her strong perfume as she kissed his cheek, and he kissed hers. "But it is a fun adventure. They'll babysit all their cousins, and such one day." Draven told Izzy. Hearing Ry's comment, his bright eyes looked to her. He stayed silent for a few minutes before he opened his mouth to speak. "He hasn't a relationship since her. And I doubt any other till they resolve this between them. Now if they end up in his bed, I will be thoroughly impressed." Draven told Ry, and whoever was around him at the time he was talking.

As soon as her older cousin had entered the room and complimented her on her choice of boys, Raegan couldn't help but feel the smile on her face grow wider. After all, Raegan had learned so much from her older female cousins, so why not show off what they had taught her? After all, Cedric Diggory was a catch and he always had been. Even though he was older than her, Raegan remembered him slightly from her time spent at Hogwarts. She had bumped into him a few times in various places around the castle, namely the library or the quidditch pitch. Though, there were a few times that she had caught him down by the lake. They didn't converse often, but just being able to look at his pretty face was enough for this young woman.
Stepping back into reality when her big brother started speaking to her, Raegan couldn't tell if her brother was being sarcastic with his words or not. Either way, he would be thanking her later for dragging Genevieve to the party. "You're welcome," she said to Graham, hugging him gently when his arms wrapped around her. Taking advantage of her big brother getting up off the couch, Raegan brought herself and Cedric over and sat him down. Soon enough after Cedric had sat down, Raegan sat on his lap in an innocent way. There were so many people here now that the open spots on the couches were disappearing. Raegan then heard Izzy's comments about Marcus marrying Delilah and she couldn't help but giggle. "Dray and Ry will probably get married before those two, Iz," Rae said. Even though Raegan knew that Marcus and Delilah were close and so in love with each other that it was sickening, she knew that they probably weren't anywhere near being close to getting married. And then Raegan turned her attention to Ryleigh and her comment, "They'd better not! Ew. That's not why I brought Genevieve with me," the young woman commented. "He'd better at least wait until I'm gone." Even just the thought of her brother and Genevieve together was sickening.

Cedric had been getting use to all of Reagan's families and mates gatherings. Though he was very aware that large selection of quidditch professionals and a few cheerleaders - and don't forget socialites. Cedric grew up in a very working class wizarding family. But it was never as the stories he had heard from the wealthy purebloods that he would eventually be entertained by. Than again he never remembered money being a problem as a child or as a teenager. But even know he didn't envy the large pureblood families or the tight bonds they had with each other. Something he never cared for. His family was simple - though his father was always much more emotional than his mother was. But unlike guys near his age grew up all tough boy-ish that Cedric really wasn't.
But than again he was a golly good wizard enough to put himself the triwizard torment and eventually win and be victorious. Enough down memory lane as he has wore a dark shirt, and denim jeans. He bought two birthday presents. He had gotten along well with Graham the last few times they crossed there path. And Avalanche he knew from school in the past the flirting sessions in the library and the snogging in the back of the library's cubicles. He brought flowers for her - simple. Also it was what Graham and Marcus both suggested since if he wanted to be polite and such. Though that was the past he allowed his mind to focus on the moment. He was with the girl he was current into, and as far he was aware she stole his heart. And he didn't mind. But bringing that one chick Genevieve was a bit much he Had expressed his dislike for that situation that she created earlier on when he and Raegan first meet together this evening but she of course didn't listen to a word of his reasoning.
Shaking Graham's hand, Marcus and Cayden's. And than seeing a brunette bombshell out of the corner of his eye who he realized later was Isabella - Marcus as Addison's big sister who was a few years a head of him in school. But smirking hearing get approval of him. And being lead to sit down. And than having Raegan sitting on his lap, he gently wrapped his arms around her very loosely. And listening to the group chat he just listened to the group. “Raegan,” he breathed softly into her ear before he spoke again. “You placed the opportunity in front of him now we wait” he said to her his voice was low. And he doubted if anyone was paying attention to the pair

Avalanche always loved October, it meant her birthday, Grahams, and twenty-four day lays later it meant young Draven's birthday and Halloween. But what she was having fun with most of all was being on Cayden's arm in front of a lot of her family. Not all of them, now wasn't the time or place, all in due time. Watching Marcus with their nephews, she couldn't help find this adorable. She knew Marcus of being a good man with people he cared about, and she was sure Cayden had never seen this side of him. Which she did gaze up to Cayden on the occasion but she just couldn't believe how well Graham and Marcus took the secret relationship. She almost thought there would be another fight. But she was bound and determined to make sure she got in the middle of it. She smiled seeing Genevieve and Graham walking into the kitchen together, she looked up to Cayden again. “That reminds me of a similar conversation we had.” she said softly, adjusting her tiara on her head.
Hearing the familiar voice of Isabella, she beamed instantly. Seeing her greet everyone, Avalanche's smile just got brighter. Aspen, Draco, Blaise, and Adrian were the only ones left to complete the guest list. She was afraid with Adrian would arrive how he would react to Cayden. But she wanted a big birthday hug from him, and Blaise. Blaise, as much as there were lingering feelings left from school - that was her first love they always leave a heavy mark. But she still cared about him ever so deeply. "Izzy, now someone has to have the unrefined men. After all I don't know how you can stand just a high maintenance husband." she retorted back to her cousin. After making eye contact with Isabella, a smirk tugged at her lips before looking up and pulling herself up so her lips could land on Cayden's lips, for a moment. She wouldn't start anything in public but a quick kiss, a little taste wasn't that bad. Plus now there was nothing to hide.
Hearing Izzy mention Addison, she licked her lips sly tasting Cayden, but Avalanche knew they were going to let her explain the tension in the room, it was after all partly her fault too. “Addison outed me and Cayden. We were keeping it a secret," she breathed softly but continued on. She might as well tell her cousin so she doesn't read it in the gossip magazines. “She also informed us she killed a gossip story about us." she added, before her eyes bounced to Marcus for support. “And she didn't exactly handle it in the most elegant way. And we shouldn't have hid it as long as we did. We were having fun, sneaking out to see each other, it was exciting. I knew Marcus and Graham wouldn't stand for him as long as what happened last time." she felt like she had to explain to Isabella the bond there was a tight bond Avalanche's and her other cousins, and siblings feeling to their second-mother. She couldn't be caught lying now might has well say it out now. “ And you of all people should understand, all I wanted was Graham and Marcus’ approval, and to respect Cayden.” she said softly, her voice wasn’t loud. But she felt eyes on her, her dark eyes gazed downwards for a moment.
Her dark eyes caught Raegan and Cedric on the couch and watching Raegan sit on his lap. The older cousin had just smiled briefly at that moment. Now all she wanted to do was curl up in Cayden’s arms. That was going to have to wait. She took a martini glass off one of the house elf tables. And she worked on it softly, just sipping it. She tasted the strength of vodka in it and such. But she wasn’t planning on getting drunk. Maybe in the near future.

Looking around at everyone that was in the room now, since a few more unknown faces had appeared, along with one that he did know. Isabella Flint was the lucky one that Cayden happened to know prior to this birthday party. He knew her to be a hell of a seeker, as well as a pretty face. She was too high-maintenance for him though, so he never even tried anything with her. Instead, Cayden was thoroughly happy with Avalanche on his arm instead of Isabella. But as the brunette female had entered in and gone around the room, saying hello to everyone, Cayden caught what she had said about him to Avalanche. Grinning slyly in his mind, Cayden was glad that the older female had approved of him so far. It was only going to make his life that much easier when it came down to staying with Av.
Listening to the multiple conversations around him, Cayden wasn't really sure if he should comment on any of them or just remain quiet until he was actually spoken to. Deciding that he was just going to remain quiet and play it safe, Cayden just continued to watch his surroundings, listening to everything that was going on around him. Occasionally looking to Avalanche, Cayden eventually felt her lips against his own. He was actually caught off guard, because he knew how his girlfriend felt about kissing and any sort of public display of affection when she was around family. Though, he wasn't questioning her motives, so he just went with it; for now at least. As Cayden sat there, he watched his girlfriend take a martini glass from one of the house elves and take a small sip of it. Smiling at her, Cayden put his arm around his very blonde girlfriend and then put his lips on her glass and tipped it slightly, taking a quick sip. He wasn't planning on drinking very much that evening, so he'd probably just steal a few sips here and there from whatever Av had decided to drink for herself.

Standing outside on the balcony, Addison was glad that she had outed her cousin, Avalanche, and her secret relationship with her boyfriend. She always had gotten her way with the family. How was it that Av had always gotten her way? Especially with Marcus. It was like he had forgotten that Addison was his baby sister and that Avalanche was just a cousin. Sure, the families were close because they were all related, but the same DNA from their parents ran through the veins of Addison and Marcus, yet Marcus never wanted anything to do with his baby sister. All Addison had ever wanted was for her big brother to notice her, even if it was for five minutes or in a negative way. Over the years, Addison had figured out that no matter what she had done, she was never ever going to be good enough for her big brother to acknowledge. And for that, Addison had only two people to turn to; Isabella, her older sister and Blaise, her best friend. Though, now that Izzy had been in Italy and doing her own thing, Addi could only turn to Blaise for comfort. And knowing that Avalanche had fallen in love with Blaise, but Blaise never acting upon it only made Addison feel more secure, like she was finally the one that mattered.
Hearing her older sister's voice, Addi smiled and wiped her tears away. It was always nice seeing Izzy when she wasn't in her design studio working her tail off. Although Addison heard her older sister's voice, she wasn't even planning on going back into the living room to rejoin everyone. In fact, Addison was closer to leaving than she was to staying and going back to interacting with everyone again. In fact, Addison wasn't planning on going back to join the group until she had gotten an apology and a thank-you from her cousin. Personally, Addison felt as if she deserved an apology from her big brother as well, but she knew that that was never going to happen, so she wasn't even going to bother. Instead, Addison just remained on the balcony, knowing that her best friend and roommate, Blaise was going to save her; especially since Avalanche had said such harsh words to her and Addi had done nothing but tell the truth the entire time and her big brother had done nothing to protect her, nor stand up for her. Wasn't that the point of being a pureblood? To be there for your blood relatives? Last time that Addison had checked, Marcus was more related to her than he was to Avalanche. The entire thing made Addison laugh; even with the mistakes she had made in the past, she was always there for her siblings faster than anyone else if they needed her.

Just getting out of practice, Blaise was so ready to go home and sleep. It was as if she said was barking his name all the way from home to the pitch. Though, when Blaise had gotten home he saw the love note on his pillow that Addison had left for him. He was always able to tell when Addison left him a love note, because she had that girlie cursive handwriting and she always dotted the "i" in his name with a little heart. Seeing the note on his pillow made Blaise smile, though, once he opened and read it, he groaned. He had totally forgotten that there was a party that night, but all he wanted to do was sleep.
Tossing the note back onto his bed, Blaise pulled his gym bag off his shoulder and dropped it onto his bed as well. Then he went into the bathroom, showered and changed. Blaise sported the clothes that Addison had hung up in the bathroom for him; a pink polo, dark wash jeans, and a pair of black sneakers. Somehow, Blaise had a feeling that his outfit was going to end up matching Addison's. Typical. It was just like Addi to make the pair match. Oh well. Blaise didn't care much at all; he knew that it was going to make her happy, so he would oblige.
As soon as Blaise was changed and ready to go, he grabbed the presents that Addi had gotten for him, as well as wrapped for him, for Avalanche and Graham. Blaise was definitely glad that Addi was so on top of things. He'd probably be lost without the girl always helping him out and reminding him of things he always was forgetting.
Making it to the penthouse, Blaise knocked twice, then walked in. He was usually over here when he wasn't working or hanging out with Addison. Once inside, Blaise looked around at everyone. "Hey," he said, looking around. Then, Blaise saw Izzy, but not Addison, "Where's my woman?" Blaise questioned. "She's not at home and she said she was coming straight here in her note." Izzy was the first one to respond, saying that she had just asked the same question and getting a story attached. After hearing the story, Blaise was confused. "Why is Addi catching the heat when she's the most honest person we all know?" Ryleigh answered him this time, informing him of the way Addi had gone about telling the group. "I agree that that wasn't the best way to go about it, but fact is, she didn't lie about anything," Blaise said, walking out of the room, leaving everyone in the room with something to think about.
Stepping out onto the balcony, Blaise proceeded with slight caution. "Hey, you okay?" Blaise asked his best friend. When Addison turned around, Blaise saw her bloodshot eyes and smudged make-up. Rushing to her side, Blaise held her in his arms and kissed the top of her head. "What the hell happened here?" he asked, not letting go. It was so rare that Addison cried that they all joked that Aspen cried Addi's tears, since Aspen always seemed to cry enough tears for two. Hearing Addison's side of the story, Blaise couldn't see the reason why she was crying. Then, as if Addi had read his mind, she told him what Avalanche had said and Blaise got mad; but hearing that Marcus had, once again, sided with a cousin over his sister pissed him off so much more. Once Addison finished speaking, a normally quiet and peace-keeping Blaise let go of Addison and took her hand in his and brought her into the house with him.
Now in the living room, Blaise looked at both Avalanche and Marcus. "Did you really make a blow as low as telling Addi she's having a child by an idiot?" Blaise questioned. "Sounds to me that you just wanted to get the heat off of you and that one," Blaise said, motioning towards Cayden. "And you," Blaise said, looking to Marcus. "Why didn't you come to your sister's rescue?" he questioned. "Sure, the commotion was uncalled for on Addi's part, but she never lied to you about anything, not even that she was pregnant or whose kid it was." This was a rare occasion; Blaise never confronted atone about anything, never fought with anyone, nor raised his voice. This was a brand new experience. "Oh, wait a minute, I'm the one that has to stand up for her. I always have been. I want to remember something Marcus and I don't want you to ever forget it. Addison is your baby sister and Avalanche is you'd cousin. Addi should always come first. And since she doesn't come first to you, she comes first to me. She has wanted nothing more than to be the one you side with or stick up fot, for once. I bet that you don't even know what her favorite color is."
Blaise's temper had finally reached its maximum with the entire Flint situation. Looking back at Av, Blaise opened his mouth to speak to her again. "And the idiot comment was so uncalled for, Av. I thought you had class. You don't think that Addi beat herself up every day for being drugged by someone and landing in the arms of Yaxley? Do you even understand how Addison had to live with this every day?" Blaise asked. "Do you know that Yaxley was the first guy she ever slept with or that she feels used and cheap now? Or that she thinks that no one is ever going to want to marry her now, because she's not a virgin or because she has a kid? Do you know that Addison Flint, the strongest woman that I know and the only one that never cries over anything, cries in her sleep, cries at breakfast, cries at lunch, cries at dinner, and tries to hide crying from me when she doesn't think that I'm in earshot? Non. You didn't. So, next time you want to throw a low blow like that, Avalanche, make sure that the person you're trying to hurt with it, isn't already beating themselves up for it." After he was done speaking, Blaise looked at thevtwo people he had confronted, waiting for the pair to have something to come back with. It didn't matter to Blaise though, because they were both in the wrong and they both knew it too.

Marcus had been with the twins, talking to Isabella. watching Isabella and Delilah, Marcus had beamed with delight. though the minute Izzy put her ring on Lilah’s correct finger Marcus couldn’t exactly breathe right he could barely get half a breath out of his lips. he wasn’t one to get nervous, but he had of course thought that Lila could be that one. not that he ever doubted but he wasn’t pushing it on her. and he hoped she wasn’t going to push it. Iz, C’mon let not get me in trouble now.” he breathed softly; if anyone would have thought right he was shaking with his breath. He didn’t like that think of commitment. Hell they had been together quite a while, on and off of course. but Marcus never thought they’d really just end up together, or she’d fall in love with someone else. he of course was always thinking negative things like this. Marcus had caught Blaise walking into the penthouse but he was like another little brother. he had always favored Blaise much more than Adrian, Adrian was Graham’s favorite. it was interesting how they choice. plus he always hoped, and wished Blaise and Avalanche would rekindle the flame they once had in the past. it wasn’t too late now was it?
“Excuse me? You come into my house and you tell me how to live my life.” he said simply. his voice was cold; he stood up, walking towards Blaise and away from the two twins that sat on the blue blanket that he had summoned only moments earlier. “It was the way she handled it. Zabini,” he breathed again, this time his tone was strong, nearly loud. Marcus mad was not a sight that most people saw to his friends. “And you think I don’t love my sister?” he scoffed softly. “I was trying to protect the pair of them. You think I like the rivalry I have going in my family since Avalanche and Addison have been born? They fight for my attention. They have never gotten along. Not once, I don’t remember them ever getting along.” Marcus had a realization.
“Maybe I didn’t help raise her right.” he said, his voice low to a few that could hear him. he looked to Blaise as he began to talk to Avalanche in a tone he just didn’t like. “You can blame it all on me. It back fired she wanted me to anger lose my temper on Graham and Avalanche’s birthday party. She of all people should know I do care about her Blaise.” he exhaled; he tried not to allow his hands to go in fist as he was massaging his knuckles. he was itching for a fight, more so than most people were aware. “You don’t think it kills me that she forbids me not to kill Callen for what he did to her?” he breathed, it was quick. but he was going to make sure Blaise’s attention was Marcus, and swung at anyone it would be Marcus. he was sure that Blaise wouldn’t raise a finger to Avalanche, but if something did happen he was there to clean it up. “And if Avalanche wants to fool around with vermin, let get it out of her system. So be it.”
Marcus opened his mouth again, he had grabbed one of the whiskey glasses off one of the trays that the house elf's had been carrying above there head. he had drained into his lips in a second in a half. "Why do you think she does this to us Blais? Hmm?" a smirk came across his lips he continued to speak. he was going to pour it on thicker and heavier as he went along. he spoke about Avalanche being with Cayden, and he hated it. but he'd stomach for the time being. "Because she wants our attention. She's testing you, and Adrian. She wants to see who will ran after him the quickest. She wants to see if you still care about her or if you have gone head over heels for my sister." he put the glass down. he smirked glazing over to Avalanche and than he looked to Isabella behind him. he was hoping for someone to agree with him. he knew Avalanche good he thought he was right. well fuck if they ever got married how drunk he'd be.

As Delilah sat in the living room, she watched as everyone had entered it and greeted each other. This was the best part of being friends with a big and close group of people. They all came together for big events, such as birthdays for example, but there always seemed to be some sort of confrontation. IT wasn't that everyone didn't get along, because they all did, it was just that there were too many different personalities in the same room for everyone to get alone with at all times. And by adding alcohol into the mix, it was just a recipe for disaster . Though, Delilah always looked forward to the commotion, just to see whose turn it was going to be each time. Thankfully, Delilah knew that it just wasn't going to be a confrontation between her and Marcus this time; though, it was honestly about the time that they did have one.
When Isabella, the eldest Flint of this generation, had entered the room, Delilah smiled brightly. Lilah and Izzy got along pretty well, both being the first-born in their families, as well as being the oldest girl in their immediate families. The pair had many things in common, so they always seemed to get along with each other. Lilah was sure that Marcus was happy that his sister and girlfriend were able to sit and talk in the same room instead of wanting to rip the hair out of the other girl's head. Though, once Izzy had taken her hand and placed her engagement ring on Delilah's finger, Lilah's eyes lit up. Would it be amazing to marry Marcus? Yes, of course. Though, Delilah wasn't going to push Marcus into doing something that he just wasn't ready to do yet. She knew better than to do something silly like that.
The first commotion and confrontation that night was made by Addison and Avalanche; kind of typical. The next one was what threw Lilah for a loop. Lilah was not expecting Blaise, or all people, to make a fuss over anything. For as long as Delilah had know the younger male, he had never made a fuss over anything like he had done that night. Looking to Izzy, Delilah had decided that she was going to wait for the older female to handle the situation before she stepped in.

Now that just about everyone had made it to the gathering of Graham and Avalanche's birthday parties, Isabella knew that there was going to be some sort of argument that would erupt eventually; thankfully, it happened before she had gotten there, because otherwise, Izzy was going to end up being the one to separate everyone, as per usual. Though, Izzy decided to listen to Avalanche speak her peace about the situation; she had a few questions about it. Before Izzy could gather the correct works to form questions that wouldn't set anyone else off, Blaise entered the room. "Hey there, hot stuff," Izzy teased when Blaise greeted her. "You've grown up a lot since the first time I had to babysit you," the black-haired woman spoke. The pair talked for a moment before Blaise went off in search of her baby sister. "I'm really thankful that someone can befriend my sister without trying to hike up her dress," Izzy said with a sigh. "But I think we all know that that boy has eyes for someone else," she spoke.
Once Blase had walked out of the room, the conversation simply continued on. Though, once he had come back into the room all hot and bothered about something, Izzy wasn't sure what the hell was going on in the room anymore. Everything happened so fast, but as soon as her baby brother jumped up and in front of Blaise, Izzy knew that she was going to have to be the one to break everything up.
Standing up quickly, Izzy practically flew towards the two heated men in the room and put a hand on each male's chest. Izzy looked at both Blaise and Marcus in the eyes before speaking. "Marcus, Blaise, sit down, now!" she demanded. "I'm putting an end to this," the leggy woman spoke. "Blaise, I appreciate you sticking up for Addison. Next time, do it on a different day. We're celebrating birthdays tonight. Though, I'm warning you that this argument better not continue on on a different day. Marcus, you need to start sticking up for Addison more. Pain in the ass or not, she missed you. You don't ever spend time with her anymore. Avalanche, keep any comments about Addison, her baby, or Callen to yourself. Imagine if Addison did it to you if you were pregnant with Cayden's baby and he were still pawning over Delilah or any other woman. How would that make you feel? And Addison, stop trying to get your brother's attention by doing something negative. Just grow up and tell him what's on your mind," Isabella Flint-Lagorio demanded, sounding exactly like her mother when she demanded things from her children. Pointing her finger at everyone, including Graham and Genevieve off in the kitchen, Izzy was clearly not finished speaking. "And if anyone dares to do so much as blink about this situation again, so help me, I wall avada kadavra your asses so fast, Voldemort will look like an angel," she said in a stern voice. "And I swear, if any of you make me kill you and force me to have my baby in Azkaban, my husband and mother will both go on rampages and revive you just to kill you again." Then Izzy realized the information she had just shared. "And if being with child leaves this party, so help me, none of you will be having children until your next lives."

this entire situation was an interesting one. add liquor and it was much like adding too much floo powder in the floo network it would go wry. though Graham had been listening to Blaise, and Marcus. he nearly left the confides of the damn kitchen to get in the middle of it. Marcus handled to his best, Addison even to Graham was attention grabbing, all the girls were. And Avalanche was the closest in age to really build that bond. Addison was just Marcus' sister, a cousin to Graham, and to Avalanche. after all sometimes that didn't even matter. it was they were in fact related no matter how distantly it was. Graham here he was standing in the room with Genevieve, and he was half holding his breath as he though Blaise and Marcus would go to blows, and he would be there pulling off Marcus. and hearing Izzy separate the two and lecture the boys, Izzy and Avalanche. "I do apologize for Raegan's actions bribing to get you here." he said smoothly, and he swallowed harder than he thought it was to remove a lump in his throat he was worried about the two situations in hand.
exhaling softly as he heard the party go to a similar chatter as it was earlier. "You of all people should understand our family, everyone in that room out there is important, and Rae was trying to point out something we see but don't act on." and lord how cheesy Graham sounded now. the moment, the dinner in France with Gen and her family was great, it felt all the more normal. but now here they were as adults, and he wasn't sure what was going to happen. there was no real idea. hearing Izzy yell, his blue eyes went over his shoulder, and his tongue touched the top of his front lip, thinking, going over what he had heard come out of Izzy's mouth. Voldemort was something they didn't speak about it was a part of there families histories that were darker than most families closet.
and something else hit him like a electric current through his body. Av and Cayden were locked in arms, and probably legs by now, and even they denied all odds. and allowed them to go with there feelings, even the fact of hiding them from him, and everyone else. yes this pissed him off but he understood it in a fact Marcus was an asshole and sometimes unbearable. leaning his back against a counter, he watched Gen. he waited eagerly for her reply, of wondering what she was going to tell him. he was hoping for their agreeance on there feelings towards each other, and allow it show. and how long would it take for that to unravel? exhaling softly, as his eyes bounced around for a house elf holding drinks. none in the current kitchen, he knew what waited for him outside the kitchen but in the kitchen boy what a different story. even if it was his birthday it could go really badly for there hearts.
